Phenyl's Production or Manufacturing Process is not much difficult or long. Any person, who wants to prepare or manufacture phenyl, can simply manufacture phenyl. Main Problem which is faced by phenyl manufacturer is to manufacture or produce good quality's phenyl. For Production of Good Quality's milky white colour phenyl, proper mixer of phenyl concentrate (emulsion) and pine oil is a necessity. First Pine Oil and Phenyl Concentrate, both have to mix in proper quantity. Proper Quantity (or measurement) of phenyl concentrate and pine oil produce to good quality's concentrate mixer. In that Mixer Concentrate of Pine Oil and Phenyl Concentrate Water is added and is shaken for some time. Then milky white colour pheny is prepared. Quantity of Water which is added in Mixer Concentrate can be 10 to 30 times more than mixer concentrate. If more thick quality of white phenyl require, then 10 to 12 Litre water can be added in 1 Litre mixer Concentrate. But if less thickness of phenyl is anyone's requirement, then 25 to 30 Litres water can be added with 1 Litre Mixer Concentrate.

For making white phenyl, Pine Oil is added and mixed with concentrate (emulsion). Then mixture Concentrate emulsion (of pine oil and white phenyl making concentrate) is shaken for good mixing. For getting required thickness or viscosity of white phenyl, water is added in that quantity. Suppose if anyone want more thickness in white phenyl then low quantity of water is added Thus quantity of white phenyl would be low, on the contrary, if anyone want to get less thickness or viscosity of white phenyl then more water is added in concentrate and thus quantity of white phenyl would be naturally more.
